MAXER CAMBRIDGE & OXFORD SUMMER PROGRAMMES
Maxer Summer Programme is co-designed and co-organised by Maxer Education Institute and partner colleges of the University of Cambridge.
The programmes offer the opportunity of customised professional courses for students who expect to develop in the field of social science, humanities, natural science or engineering. Every year we welcome outstanding students outside the UK to come to Cambridge, Oxford and London for professional academic and language courses, visiting top international companies/institutes, and joining in British style social activities.
Upon completion of the programme, students will be granted:
Certificate of Attendance issued jointly with the partner college
A transcript/report detailing student's performance
Students with top performance will be awarded a reference letter from a Cambridge University professor, at the discretion of the professor.

PROGRAMME CONTENTS AND ACTIVITIES
All of our academic sessions and workshops take place in lecture theatre and classroom. Students can fully immerse themselves in academic environment and learn from our renowned academics.
Cultural and Skills workshops
Western Etiquette (e.g. wine tasting)
Subject-related visits to gain insight from companies and industry leaders. E.g. The Supreme Court, Royal Court of Justice, Medical Simulation Centre, Pathology Museum, G5 Universities, London Stock Exchange, Bank of England, Royal Society of Chemistry, Chemistry Laboratory, mini Cooper Plant Oxford, Bletchley Park, Cambridge Science Park, Needham Research Institute, Shakespeare's Globe etc.
This system of personal tuition is one of Cambridge’s greatest strengths. Supervisions provide the opportunity to explore your subject more deeply, discuss your own work and ideas, and receive regular feedback. As they aren’t assessed, supervisions provide the ideal environment for you to test your ideas and interests, while encouraging you to develop your thinking.

The University of Cambridge is a collegiate university, with its main functions divided between the central departments of the university and 31 colleges. The departments perform research and provide centralised lectures to students, while the colleges are responsible for the domestic arrangements and student welfare.
London & Oxford trip
Students will have the chance to explore London and Oxford. Some of the exciting highlights are the British Museum, The National Gallery, London's West End Musical, London Eye & Thame River Cruise, University of Oxford, Christ Church, Oxford City Tour, Bicester Village etc. Optional 1-3 days trip to other cities are available too, please contact us for more information.
