ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Cambridge Research Masterclass & Internship Programme
7 weeks
Besides teaching and mentoring interns, academics also put great effort into their research projects and working in their laboratories. Because of the large amount of work, research groups usually recruit research assistants to support them and contribute in many ways to the research projects.
The Cambridge Centre for the Integration of Science, Technology and Culture (CCISTC) of the Department of Psychology, University of Cambridge and Maxer Education Institute are proud to collaborate with some of the major research groups, professors and scholars at the University of Cambridge to provide distance internship opportunities in various research areas to undergraduate and postgraduate interns. Through the 7-week internship, interns will be able to participate in a part of the research project as an intern and learn new skills from the Cambridge academics via our online learning system.
Outstanding interns with a strong academic background may also have a chance to be selected by the Cambridge scholars to meet and discuss further work and collaboration opportunity after the internship.

About Cambridge Supervision
-
Tutorial arranged in a small group is called supervision in the University of Cambridge. This system of personal tuition is one of Cambridge’s greatest strengths.
-
Supervisions provide the opportunity to explore your subject more deeply, discuss your work and ideas, and receive regular feedback.
-
Supervisions provide the ideal environment for you to test your ideas and interests while encouraging you to develop your thinking.
-
Supervisors are specialists in particular subject areas (they may be one of the country’s or world’s leading authorities).
In this coaching service, you will have one-on-one supervision with a Cambridge supervisor. You will be assigned a supervisor depending on what you are studying.
